Intellectual Output 4: Lessons learnt and guidelines

Updated: Feb 20

The Local and International Active Seniors project is nearing its end and it is time to share its results. After implementing and testing the training content, the partners can share the lessons learnt along the project, that can be downloaded below in the different languages of the partners.

This document, corresponding to the fourth intellectual output of the project, aims to help organisations who want to know more and have a real interest to involving senior volunteers in their ORGANISATION`s work and Community. As we know interest is not always enough, volunteering is a transversal action requiring skills, knowledge and attitude to between both the volunteer and the organization.

Although these Guidelines are based mainly on non-governmental organisations experiences, they can be used with voluntary work management in municipal and state institutions.
